Thank you for your interest in joining the Griswold Fire Department. We are in the process of updating our Volunteer Application process, and a revised application will soon be available on our website. In the meantime, you can pick up an application in person at the Griswold Fire Department.

We encourage you to visit us on any Tuesday evening (excluding holidays) between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. This is a great opportunity to meet our team, ask questions, and learn more about the department.

The Griswold Fire Department is always looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. No prior experience is necessary—just a strong desire to serve the Griswold community. If you’re interested in becoming a firefighter or EMS personnel, the department will cover the cost of your training. Additionally, there are other ways to contribute and serve if you prefer a non-operational role.
